Ordered the wrong size?
No problem. Send us an email at info@marvellahouse.com and include your order number. We’ll help you find the right size or look for a suitable solution. We generally respond within 12 hours.

Not sure which size is right for you? Feel free to email us at info@marvellahouse.com. Include your measurements or your usual clothing size so we can help you as quickly and accurately as possible.
Item damaged or quality issue?
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us as soon as possible. Send an email to info@marvellahouse.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo of the item concerned
The sooner you contact us and include a photo, the sooner we can find a suitable solution for you.
Received the wrong item?
Did you receive the wrong item? Contact us immediately at info@marvellahouse.com with:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you ordered
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item received
We’ll resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Right of withdrawal
Under the applicable European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. At Marvella House, we voluntarily extend this statutory period to 60 days.
Important: the right of withdrawal only begins when your package is officially considered delivered. This is when the tracking status indicates "delivered." As long as your package is still in transit, the right of withdrawal cannot yet be exercised.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- The right of withdrawal applies for 60 days from the date of delivery
- Within this period, send us an email at info@marvellahouse.com with your order number and a statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
The item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn and unused
- The item is in its original condition
- All labels and packaging are still present
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
