Shipping policy

Ordering a new outfit should feel just as good as wearing it. That’s why at Marvella House, we make sure your order arrives quickly, clearly, and hassle-free. From the moment you place your order until it is delivered to your home, we keep the process transparent and reliable.

We cover the shipping costs within the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Italy. So you only pay for your favorite items, with no unexpected surprises at checkout. At present, we ship exclusively within the Netherlands and Italy. Every order is carefully checked and neatly packaged before it is shipped.

Shipping from China

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Please take this into account when placing your order. As this is international shipping, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Marvella House.

Delivery times at a glance

  • Processing: 1–2 business days before your order is shipped (Mon–Fri)
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch (Mon–Fri)
  • Total delivery time: usually within 4–9 business days

Orders are processed daily until 17:00 CET, from Monday through Friday.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. This allows you to easily track where your order is and when you can expect it.

We do everything we can to deliver your order on time. During busy periods or due to external circumstances, delays may occasionally occur. If that happens, we will keep you informed as well as possible.
