Return Period

You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

• The item is unworn and unused
• The item is in its original condition
• All tags and packaging are still included

Would you like to return an item? Send an email to info@marvellahouse.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return process step by step.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend sending your return with a tracking code so you can always track the location of your package.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or variant? That’s possible. Indicate in your email that you would like an exchange, and we’ll arrange it for you.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
